Thanks!!! > ~Rachel Hello Rachel, I am 21 yrs. old & have been using Progesterone Cream for several months now. I personaaly have had great response from it, but I also eat healthy. (I avoid red meat, chicken, & coffee.) I believe I have high levels of estrogen & believe that this has helped shorten my periods. I am taking a herbal cleanser too, it helps clean out all of the toxins in your body. I know it has helped me tremendously but everyone is different & what helped me may not be exactly what you need. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
