Hi... just got back from doctor today and went through another round of denied referrals. My doctor and I are planning on a hyst. in december, but in the remaining time he wants to rule our any other possible causes for the pain; so far I have done CT's, ultrasounds, MRI's, and the final thing he wants is a colonoscopy. The problem is that the doctor who does this in the hospital (we're military) keeps denying the procedure because I have no symptoms and no history with GI problems. Has anyone had this problem? Has anyone out there actually had something come up on the colonoscopy? I have already had many years of problems and lap etc for diagnosis and treatment, many other treatments such as continuous BCP, Lupron, and pain meds and I know that it is caused from endo... but I respect his wish to rule out anything else- in fact it gives me piece of mind before doing a drastic surgery.... please share any experiences with this issue if you can, thanks...KIM
