Not the same thing, but I recently was talked into 6 months of Lupron. At the time I was ready to give up and into the hysterectomy, but my doctor convinced me to try the Lupron since I am 37. I hate the Lupron, but the other side of the coin is that I didn't have the hysterectomy. Today I actually sent all my files to two specialists. Dr. Albee of the Center for Endometriosis Care in Atlanta, GA. The other is on the west coast with Dr. Andrew Cook. Never give in and accept anything that goes against your "gut" decision.
