The gynecologist who did my lap specializes in infertility and handles a lot of Endo. Even she says she was shocked by not finding anything, as my symptoms are right in line with endo. She called me today and talked about trying Depo-Provera or even Depo-Lupron if the pain reoccurs. She says there's a chance it's microscopic endo, in which case our treatment options are the same as for dysmennorhea. Sorry to hear about your troubles.
