I've had that pain too, it starts on the right side of my pelvis and radiates down into my right thigh. Its hard to drive sometimes because I want to straighten my leg out when I have it. The doc couldn't understand where it was coming from because he said my right ovary was fine. I rub progresterone cream on that area and its taken the pain away.

Good luck BG >
