Re: Bleeding during and after intercourse

I have the same problem and just relate it to my endo. Doc said that intercourse may aggravate some of the endo adhesions and make them bleed. The blood is always bright red, meaning fresh blood, so that made sense to me. I can say that since I had my lap in June and he removed what he could, I am not bleeding now during or after intercourse. I also have a tilted uterus and have wondered if that would have anything to do with it too. I have not asked my Doc about that though. I do know that my tilted uterus is also some of the cause of the pain during sex. For me the bleeding doesn't happen every time we have intercourse, but it happens pretty frequently. Right now, I am just enjoying the no blood and no pain while I can because it will only be a matter of time before it gets bad again. Oh well-one day at a time! Hope this helps to know you are not alone!

Hugs! Amy Meyer
