Re: progestrone cream questions?From: Jill (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sun Aug 29 16:04:23 2004
Hi Lisa, May I ask first what kind of cream you use? Then I would recommend Dr. Lee's book, 'What Your Dr. May Not Tell You About Premenopause'. This book explains the best creams to buy and the whys and hows of using it. You are not supposed to use it during your period, as this would be unnatural to your body, your body needs to do as closest to what it is normally supposed to do. You also need to change where you apply it each day. It should be placed on parts of your body where the skin is thinner with high capillary density - places where you blush. The palms, chest, inner arms, neck and face. You can get his book at the library or have your library do a library inter-loan. Hope this helps, Jill Mary <><
