Black Discharge!!??

Has anyone with endo ever had constant, foul, black discharge while on your period? I'm really desperate in trying to find out what is wrong with me. I have so many things going on with me and causing me pain it's unreal. I was in so much pain a couple of weeks ago all on the right side of my lower pelvis and abdomin I got shingles on my right thigh. Like my body thought that was going to help or something. I've had blood tests ran for infections of all kinds, I've had a CT scan for my appendix, urine tests, ultrasounds, pap's. I'm past the end of my cash flow and I still have to go in for a laporoscopy on the 3rd of Sept. I have had so many problems with severe pain while on my period, during sex, and pregnancy. Now I don't have to do any of those things to be in pain. Now just sitting is a task. I'm sick of being bloated, moody, in pain, constipated, not bieng able to eat cause I always feel full, diarrea, nausea, no sex, taking pain pills, can't sleep, can't work, can't play with my son. You name it. I'm so scared my doctor won't see anything. What am I supposed to do then? I've lived in pain long enough. I can't afford a second opinion. I'm 21 and I've been complaining to doctors about my pain since I was 12. Finally I got someone's attention and if he doesn't see anything then I guess since I'm paying for it somebody better take something out!! If I have 2 take one if I don't need it take it!! He won't but that's how I feel.
