hi everyone, i just started using progestrone cream earlier this week, i have some questions, when i read some of the old posts alot of women say they use it up until they have their periods, am i not supposed to use it during my period, or are there certain times of the month not to use it? if so why? anything else i need to know about it, i am using it twice a day 1/2tsp each time, and even though its only been a few days, it seems to be working, i didn't use it yesterday and thought i was going to die, but i wanted to see if it was the cream or my pain pills working, i took the pain meds but didn't use the cream and i was in horrid pain, it finally dawned on me to use the cream and with in about 15 minutes the pain had eased. also do i use it where i am having pain, thats what i have been doing or should i be using it somewhere else, and if i have various areas of pain will it help them all if i don't rub it on all the areas? sorry this is so long, i bought it at a health food store and the woman said she used it for years with menopause but put it on the insides of her arms, she didn't have much other info for me. thanks in advance!
