Re: What is wrong with me?

3-4 Advil and a heating pad always help me with the pain. During work when I cannot lay on a heating pad, I use the ThermaCare Menstrual patches. They work great and stay warm for 8 hours, so it is like wearing a heating pad. I never have found anything to help the bloat though. I just try to enjoy the days when I am not bloated, which is rare. Now I just try to laugh at myself and how silly I look all bloated up. Since I can't fix it, I can at least try to find some humor in it! I also went on anti-depressants which just helped my mental health and made me feel better emotionally. Feeling better about myself and my well-being seemed to also help me deal with the pain better.

I hope your Doc visit goes well on Thursday. Be sure to tell him everything. It does sound like it is endo, but without a lap, you will not know for sure, as that is the only way it can be diagnosed. If this Doc doesn't want to listen, be sure to find one who will!

Hugs and good luck! Let us know how you are doing. Amy
