Have you talked to your Doc about this? Perhaps he/she could prescribe some sort of anti-depressant? I don't take depo, but just having to fight endo and all the hormonal issues caused me to develop severe depression. When I talked to my family doctor about how I was feeling, she told me I was suffering from depression and prescribed Lexapro, which is an anti-depressant. It changed my life! My mood swings stopped, and I was just consistently very mellow. Stupid things don't bother me, and my patience level is much higher. I am no longer a mad or sad! blubbering idiot! Or maybe you could talk to your Doc about some natural remedies, like St. John's Wort or something if you would rather go the natural route. I would definitely discuss it with your Doctor though. No one should have to feel so bad!

Hugs!! I hope things get better for you. We are all here for you on the forum.
