Lupron Course Ends Friday!

Hello all, I haven't posted in awhile and thought I would give you an update. I go for my last shot on Friday (one a mo for 6 mo) I am ready for the hot flashes to end but other than that my experience was fabulous! I didn't have any other side effects except hot flashes and vaginal dryness. I was in no pain and so my moods really were better. I am actually looking forward to having my period start back up again because we were told to try and get pregnant asap. My dr. only is giving us a window of 3-4 mo on our own before trying fertility options because she doesn't want to give the endo time to start back up again. I also have a blood clotting disorder that I have to take care of as soon as I find out I'm pregnant or I will miscarry as I did twice before they tested and found that to be the reason. I have great hopes of being able to get pregnant on my own........ Wishing all of you pain free days!! I also want to stress that Lupron effects everyone differently and I was scared when I read a lot of the posts on here about the side effects but like I said I personally didn't experience anything other than what the dr. told me I would.

Also, if anyone can tell me how long it took before they had a period after going off lupron I would love to hear it, my dr said it would stay in my system for a month....... Thanks!! Again, I realize it's diffent for everyone but it would be nice to have some timelines.
