Hi Rosa, I can totally sympathize with the Lupron weight gain issue. I have been on Lupron for a long time and, as a result, gained a lot of weight. I, too, worked out, watched my diet but the weight gain continued. I got so discouraged that I eventually gave up. However, 5 months ago I returned to Weight Watchers and have since lost 30 pounds and I'm still on Lupron. It seems like, for me, my body had to go through a period of weight adjustment. Once the weight gain stabilized, I was able to work at losing it again. I hope this gives you some encouragement - don't let yourself go like I did, it just resulted in that much more weight that I had to take off. Good Luck!!
