?chances of getting pregnant after lupon?From: LISA (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue Aug 17 13:03:34 2004
i am 23 and just had surgery done to remove a 14cm endometrioma (chocolate cyst) on my left overy. there was no overy left. so that was removed along with my left fallopian tube, because there were spots of endo on that too. the cyst had adhered itself to my intesties and uterus also (but not too badly). when they were in there, they also found spots on my right overy, and removed them. so i still have my right overy and tube left. the doc said the best thing for me to do is get prgnant. which i was excited about because i desire to have children so badly. although, i am not married but i have been with my boyfriend for 5 years and we plan on getting married and having children. we want to do it right and wait till after we're married. this situation has really got us moving toward that alot faster but, it will probably be about a year before we "tie the knot." my doc has suggested luron in the meantime but, i've heard alot of bad things about it. i'm also worried that it may be harder to get pregnant after i'm off of it. his sperm mobility is low and with my situation, this makes things hard enough as it is. if any one has any info or experiences on lupron for me i would really appriciate it. thank you
