HI there,

I use Pro-Gest progesterone cream and it works well for many different things. I would recommend you get Dr. John Lee's book 'What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Premenopause', which gives alot of info. on hormones and the like and also how to use the cream and which kinds are the best.
