Re: 2nd Lap. done... belly button bleeds

Hi Brandi,

My belly button bled with my 4th lap which was about a month ago. It did that on the second day. I think it happened because I was too active and walking around a lot and doing a lot of stairs, etc. I'm not one who likes to lay down for days at a time, but when the bleeding started, I got scared and stayed off my feet. I found that after a couple of days, the bleeding stopped. The key is to stay off your feet in order to give it a chance to heal.

Hope this helps and good luck!

Rosa
