I have just had my first lap three weeks ago and am about to start a course of monthly injections of Zoladex. Has anyone got any info on this drug? I am really worried about the side effects, although my gyno has told me they can give me more drugs to combat those. From all the reading up I have done, and the stories I have read from all of you, it seems that the drugs give temporary relief, and laps are needed more than once. > >I dont think my pain is as great as some of yours, I have never been so bad that I had to go to ER, most of my pain in on my left side, and can be excruciating on bm's, this is because most of my endo is on my bladder, bowel and the left ovary had a chocolate cyst. My Surgeon is very supportive, he has managed to laser the bladder and drain the chocolate cyst, but he could not get to all the endo and had to leave my bowel as he could not reach it (plus I had not been preped). > >I would love to hear from anyone who can advise me about the drug route. > >Thanks > >Nicki x >--------------------------------------------------------------------- >IMPORTANT NOTICE. >--------------------------------------------------------------------- >--------------------------------------------------------------------- >--------------------------------------------------------------------- > >--------------------------------------------------------------------- >This communication contains information which is confidential >--------------------------------------------------------------------- >and may also be privileged. >--------------------------------------------------------------------- >It is for the exclusive use of the intended recipient(s). >If you are not the intended recipient(s) please note that any >form of distribution, copying or use of this communication or >the information in it is strictly prohibited and may be unlawful. >If you have received this communication in error please return >it to the sender. >We would be grateful if you would also copy the communication >to IT.SECURITY.UK@deloitte.co.uk then delete the email >and destroy any copies of it.
