I assume you have had a lap if diagnosed? That is the only true way to diagnose it. If not, a laparascopy can help because the Doc can remove any scar tissue and adhesions he sees. Lupron is a very personal choice and one that can me hard to make. I am doing it for a second time now because I have tried everything else and am not ready for a total hysto. Do you take birth control? That may help too. I was taking mine continuously before going back to Lupron and it helped me for awhile. Lupron may or may not help. For me, it provides about a year or so of pain relief, but other women get no relief at all. Basically, everyone will react differently to it, so it is hard to know what it will do for you. Many women are also finding relief by changing their diet to eliminate fat, sugars, caffeine, carbs. Some on this forum have also had success with natural progesterone cream. You can search through the forum for old posts on the cream and diet, as well as Lupron. What does your Doc have to say? Has he offered any advice or suggestions?

Hugs! Amy
