The side effects will most likely be different for everyone, but for me: hot flashes, night sweats, occasional mood swings, vaginal dryness (easy to remedy with KY Jelly), and a lack of sex drive. I also notice I tend to get migraines a little easier while on it, but migraines are part of my family genetics so I get them a lot anyway. Some women gain weight, but I usually loose 5-10 pounds. I think not being on my birth control while on Lupron is why I lose the weight. I notice a weight gain of about 7 pounds within two weeks of going back on the pill.
