Diet/support

I was recently diagnosed with endo (only 3 months ago), and am told I have a very sever case (My left ovary could not be located during surgery and my right is attached to my bowl. I had part of a cricket ball sized cyst removed). Firstly I would love some general support if there is anyone who is happy to talk but the main reason for this e-mail was all the comments relating to diet. There was sooo many so read thought so I thought I would try to clarify something for myself. Is it a general consensus that it can be beneficial to avoid – yeast, caffeine, and sugar. Should I add anything else to this list?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
