Breast changes is one of the side effects listed for Lupron. Might be a combo of both the bcp and the lupron. I remember my breasts being sore when I was on Lupron 3 years ago, but the soreness went away after I stopped the shots. I just started my second round of Lupron yesterday. If I notice breast changes with this round, I will post an update. Hang in there! At least they are full and perky! Wish mine would do that instead of just getting sore!
