Hello Ladies, I am having my 1st lap on Wednesday for suspected endo. Transvaginal ultrasound showed a 2.4 cm right ovarian complex cyst with shadowing. Dr. thinks it could be an endometrioma. I usually have heavy bleeding (lasting about 4 days then light for another 4 or 5 days) and like stringy stuff (sorry). Except for last month, I barely had a period. I started with symptoms about 6 months ago, serious right pelvic pain, then the pain started to travel around. Painful intercourse, ALWAYS nauseas, some vomiting and terrible lower back pain that sometimes generated into my leg along with indigestion and gas. Any one have any insight - What do you ladies think from your experience? Words of wizsdom? What to expect? I am exceptionally nervous! Thanks for your help! take care Tracey
