Kim, Endo pain can move around, as there may be new adhesions or scar tissue that has developed or there may be a nerve that is being affected. I always have pain on my right ovary area yet during my last lap in June, the right ovary is perfectly fine, but the left isn't. I never have pain on my left side. Doc says pain on right side is referred pain from the left. He said something on the left side is probably effecting a nerve that causes the right side to hurt. Weird! Endo is certainly a strange disease. Now that I know I have it, it doesn't surprise me anymore where the pain occurs. I would definitely mention it to your Doc though. Could be something else going on like a cyst or something. I wouldn't worry about what the Doc thinks either. He or she should be supportive of you and if not, I would look into finding another doctor. Hope this helps some!

Hugs and pain free days! Amy
