hi, I have been taking Bextra for over 2 years now and it's not bad at all. I never feel sluggish and it usually takes the pain away. Sometimes it doesn't work,but that's prob just b/c nothing will at that point. It's not as bad for you as naproxin sodium, I do know that. I like it b/c I can still function on it. Michelle
