There is a really good book called, "The Yeast Connection" that should
be at your library. It answers all the questions you have and what you
can do to take care of it. You will most likely need something like
Diflucan which your doctor has to prescribe. I know it says there is a
connection with moldy living conditions and also yeast thrives on sugar
so you tend to crave sweets and that makes it worse. This book has
really helped me a lot. I ended up buying it and have had to refer to
it a number of times over the years. I hope this helps.
