heart rate and bcps

Hello ladies. I hope everyone is having a lovely evening. I had a quick question about progestin only bcps. I just started a type of norethindrone bcp, since I can't handle estrogen. I've been on this now for going on 2 weeks. My doctor has me monitoring my blood pressure since that was a dilemma on the other bcps. That has been okay...however, my heart rate has been rather high for me. Usually it's in the 60s-70s, but the past few days now it's been almost 100, and that's a resting pulse rate. Anyone have this problem with a progestin only bcp? Nurses at work have said if it goes over 100 to contact my doctor. I was just wondering if any of you have had a similar problem.

Thank you, and pleasant sleep to you all...
