farm kid here. ate very healthy, balanced meals. we raised all our own foods including our own meats (usually poultry, but we did have beef too). i was always super skinny for some reason (probably due to thyroid as i do have graves disease). even now, i'm only 104 and still can't gain weight.

my dad's side of the family has lots of auto-immune diseases documented. my gyn thinks somehow the auto-immune connection is what caused me to develop endo along with 2 other auto-immune diseases.
