I guess I would have to say that I was some where in the middle. I did eat snack food every once in a while, but not all the time. I never have cared for red meat that much, or dairy products. Even now I eat a lot of chicken, and fish. But I was extremly thin as a child, my parents honestly asked me several times if I had a problem with eating, but I didn't. I always ate like a horse! Hope this helps. Wendy
