Bleeding&OvulationFrom: anonymous@obgyn.netThu Jul 29 09:50:06 2004
I know that Endo can, and usually does cause painful ovulation. I have been dealing with it for about seven years now. But this last sunday when I ovulated (at least that's what I think happend, it had been about 16 days since my period) I experienced the most pain that I have ever had (durring ovulation), and then I began to bleed a little. Not like a period or anything, just spotting. I also had a ton of really heavy stringy discharge, and I know that is normal durring ovulation, but I have never had THAT much before. So, I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced that? I didn't call my doctor... Well, because they generally say "that can happen with endo". The pain was so severe that if I hadn't had some heavy duty pain killers I would have had my husband take me to the hospital. I really started to wonder if something had ruptured... but I had a lap two and a half months ago, and there were no cysts. Any ideas??? Wendy
