Question on ultrasound results

I have a quick question, I had a transvaginal ultrasound to try to figure out what was causing my pelvic pain. Well the doctor said everything was pretty normal except that they could see some cysts on my right ovary. When I was looking at my chart the other day I saw that my ovaries are very different sizes with very different amounts of fluid in them. Is this normal? Could the size and fluid possibly indicate why I have so much pain on one side? Sorry for all the questions but I really don't trust the doctors anymore.

Thanks so much! Amanda
