I'm sorry you are feeling so overwhelmed. I know that staying busy helps me out. I make myself constantly stay busy, even if it's getting on the computer to distract me. I find that when I am home on the weekends, my pain is worse b/c I have time to think about it. Sorry that is all I have. I hope it gets better
