Re: Do I have endometriosis?

Well they found two cysts on my left ovary and the doctor wasnt even going to tell me about it. The nurse told me on the way in because I asked if it came back normal. The doctor was almost done with the appointment and I was like well what do the cysts mean on my left ovary and he said they are nothing to worry about and that was it. And I asked him about endometriosis and he said it isnt even a possibility because my period is over and I am still having pain. Also my blood test showed the I am anemic because normal levels are 20 and I am at 45 which means there is inflammation somewhere but they dont know where. And I am on doxycycline in case its a bacterial infection but they have done nothing to help, all its done is make me constipated. So I go in for a cat scan tomorrow afternoon and if they still cant find anything wrong then I am going to go to the womens clinic in my area instead of the family doctor who has done nothing to help. I had to ask for pain medication because he didnt offer it up and the pain is so bad at times that I cant walk. I think it might be IBS but I dont know because before I started taking this antibiotic I was going #2 everyday, so I dont think it could be bowel problem but what do I know I am no doctor, but then again my doctor isnt very helpful either. Thanks for listening.
