Hi,

My name is Ayda. I was on Zoladex for 6 months and I understand it is very similar to Dep Provera. These are the side effects I experienced. Continous hot flushes, continous night sweats,( I forgot what sleep was), mood swings and I soon became very drepressed. I cried all the time and screamed all the time. I was going crazy.

I have since gone through some major surgery but as we know there is no cure for endo. After the surgery I started to experience painful periods and began feeling tired again. A friend of mine suggested I get on to a product called Mannatech, they have various vitamins. Since taking the vitamins, I am feeling much better. It was amazing, with my last period I didn't have to use a heat pack nor did I experience the pains I normally do. Most importantly eat healthy and exercise, but most importantly stay positive.

Have a look at their website. http://www.mannatch.com

My direct email address is ayda.sabri@ozonline.com.au

You need to take control.

Be kind to yourself.

Regards,
