Medication or Hysterectomy/Need Advice

I was recently diagnosed with endo. I have had 5 children, 4 in the past 5 years. I'm not having anymore children and I'm just wondering if I should just go ahead and have a hysterectomy and be rid of the problem. I'm cramping all the time, the pain goes into my thighs and I'm always exhausted. On top of it all I had an abnormal pap for the first time in my life this year. Initial biopsy showed no cancer but I've heard it could still turn into cancer at a later date. My childrens ages are 5, 4, 3 & 1 and it is very difficult to care for them when I'm feeling this way. My husband is a truck driver so my job is 24-7. I just don't know if going on medication makes sense for me. I'm 40 years old and I just don't know if it's worth doing the medication thing. Either way medication or hysterectomy I'm going to go thru menopause. I would appreciate any advice that anyone might have for me. Thanks in advance.
