I had my first lap back on march 24th of this year. I had gas pains for about 5 or 6 days after. I understand totally what you are saying about the muscles being really sore. I couldn't push or anything either because it hurt too bad. I hope everything starts getting better for you soon! You can email me privately if you would like to ask any other questions.
