Thanks for your support, D.N.--it really helped me through a trying
time. As for chaste tree, from what I've read, it is not directly
progesterogenic but rather it stimulates the pituitary gland to produce
more luteinizing hormone, which in turn, stimulates the ovaries to
produce progesterone. Maybe it also stimulates estrogen production, I
don't know. All I know is that it seems to help my symptoms. Thanks
