Re: Fatigue

Hello all,

I agree with Bett and Lori. The overwhelming majority of those who are having surgery and using the drug therapies are still struggling in so many ways, and I feel so sorry for them. I can relate though, I myself went on birth control for a few months and even thought about having ablation therapy done. I was pretty desperate too, so I understand the desire for 'immediate relief'. I realize there are a handful of women who have said that they feel fine on the drugs, but I only read this from women who had not been on it long. RemedyFind.com has some excellent statistics regarding the use of drugs vs. using natural methods.

I beseech readers to look carefully at all the serious problems and side effects of most of the women on here. It is sad to hear some of these stories. It breaks my heart. Yet the majority (if not all) of the women who are seriously altering their diet and lifestyle by exercise, supplements, and other methods are finding relief.

Bett is right, many Americans believe they are eating healthy. I thought I was. I had no clue that our meat and dairy contained hormones! I had no clue they were injected with antibiotics! I had no clue that they were penned into such small enclosures that they literally were stressed and that we eat their stress hormones when we eat their meat. I had no clue that the 'nutritious' applesauce and veggies and juice being fed to babies was loaded with insecticide and such...causing all sorts of problems. I had no clue that sugar was processed to such an extreme to where it is no longer a food, but almost a drug.

I am feeling so much better, I wish it for everyone.

For those on drugs, please don't feel threatened by what I am saying, I understand. I only ask that you please research some natural treatments, and see for yourself what happens. I really care about the suffering you are going through.
