Hi,

I just wanted to update you. I just finished w/ my first period since April and have noticed alot of relief of the symptoms that I was having (back pain, bladder annoyance, pelvic aching). I did use progesterone cream daily and also am taking chaste tree extract (1 dropperful in water 2x per day). I don't know if that helped bring on a period or what but will follow the same routine this month. So, I think that your theory is right! The endo builds up during perimenopause w/ nowhere to go. What a relief to have some relief even if it's temporary.

Thanks, Mercy
