Hi michele, i have had two laparoscopys in the past so i know exactly
how you feel. right after i was diagnosed with endo about three years
ago i bought a book that was extremely helpful with nutrion and many
other things when dealing with the disease. its called "endometriosis:
the complete reference for taking charge of your healh." hope it helps!
