A couple days ago I posted an email about a type of calcium that I just discovered that seems to be working VERY well for me. It is called Calcium Lactate Monohydrate and the brand I have is called Ski Legs. I originally bought it to help with muscle soreness and fatigue after skiing, but, thought I'd give it try when my back was hurting so bad 2 months ago. It seemed to work for the last 2 months. Within an hour or two, I realized that my back pain was gone. I think it might be helping with the cramps a little too although I was taking other herbs at the time, so I'm not really sure about that.

You can also search old posts on here for specific words so you can see if other people have posted anything else on the subject.

Good luck! Let me know if the calcium works. I'm curious if other people will have good luck with it too.
