Re: spotting after exercising; what gives?From: Amy (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri Jul 23 10:39:10 2004
Have you ever been diagnosed with endo? If so, it is probably just part of the endo "fun". I love to workout but had to stop because exercise, even walking, would result in spotting and pain. Even doing too much yard work would result in the same thing. I finally had to just give up on exercising because it wasn't worth it. I just had a third lap and have started walking and so far, so good, but I know it won't last. I may be able to work out for awhile but I know sooner or later, I'll have to stop again. Sorry you are having this problem. It is no fun, especially when you love to exercise like me. I have had a hard time watching my muscle tone diminish. Good luck and lots of hugs! Amy
