Hi, I am a Martial Artist and I still compete. It is close to being a gymnast! Are you trying to compare the use of the nuva ring with that type of training? I have never used the ring but I am curious to speak to other women who train in any sport, just to see how they handle it. My training is so strained right now. And it is effecting me pretty deep!!!
