My wife complains of the same thing; prior to her endo symptoms startup up back in March she exercised 5 days a week, rigorously at that. Suffice to say she hasn't been able to exercise since then, as doing so causes her a lot of pain.

Exercise is important, but so is pain management so do what's right for you.
