pain worse with heavy lifting, exercise

recently diagnosed with fibroids which turned out to be adenomyosis and
endo, my job requires alot of lifting and is very physical, i have
noticed an increase in pain after alot of strenous activity, sometimes
puts me in bed for 2 days. has anyone else experienced this? i'v told
my doctor and she doesn't seem to have a reason for it
