Back pain remedy - followup

A few weeks ago I posted a message regarding a type of calcium that I thought had helped the bad backaches which I sometimes get around my periods. Well, I got the backaches again this time, took the calcium again and it worked! Within an hour or so, I realized my back pain was pretty much gone. I think it might be helping the cramps a little too.

For those of you who missed my last post, it is called calcium lactate monohydrate and the brand I bought was called Ski Legs. (It was sold as a remedy for leg fatigue and pain after skiing). Woohoo! I'm so glad to find something that helps back pain, all of the other herbs etc. that I've tried that work for cramps, didn't seem to work very well for back pain.
