I have been taking it for 2 months now, morning & night, but also I could have bought stock in Monistat at the rate I had those infections!, so everyone probably requires different doses. I am suppose to stop it now at the advice of my naturopathic Dr. It really has helped alot-no symptoms of yeast since I have used it. I am pretty sure the norm is usually for a short period of time.
