For me, with Stage 3 endo, the symptoms are: pelvic pain(almost all the time regardless of cycle, hip, leg, and lower back pain, painful sex, painful bowel movements, nausea, extreme fatigue, lots of bleeding and spotting after sex, exercise, or heavy activity.

It can only be diagnosed via lap and biopsy. Treatment options vary but there is no cure. I have had three laps (each case they removed scar tissue, adhesions, and moved organs back in the right place), have done one course of Lupron, and getting ready to start another one in a few weeks. For me, I am just trying to buy some time and get pain relief before the inevitable hysterectomy, which is not even a cure. Nothing I have tried so far has ever given me more than about a year of pain relief. Advil and the heating pad are my best friends!
