For me, I was diagnosed with endo in 1997, and diagnosed with Hashimoto's in 2002. I don't know which one started first, but that was how I was diagnosed. My sister developed Hypothyroidism sometime after having her 2 kids, but she doesn't have endo. I really don't see how taking thyroid supplements can make endo symptoms worse, as it is supplementing what the body is supposed to be making on its own.
