Hi Maria -- I have within the last 3 months experienced a great amount of benefit from accupuncture! Prior to trying it, I was both a skeptic, and a bit of a baby being afraid of the needles, but after my first session, I could feel a difference -- if I could do it more, I would, but it's rather expensive and insurance doesn't cover it, so I'm now going about once every other week.

It has been far more effective at pain relief than vicodin, without te nasty side-effects! It has not been a total cure or anything, but that along with starting femara have made a significant difference in my pain and fatigure at least being more handl-able/manageable!

I am now curious abou reflexology, and if anyone has also experiences positive benefits from that in combo with accupuncture.... -Mariah
