Are you waking up with pain, or are you restless because of the pain? That could be a reason for the fatigue. You can try putting lavender on your pillow case to help relax you. You can also take a warm bath or put a cup of milk in the microwave for about 15 seconds. Anything that can help relax you will help you get a better nights sleep. If trying some things to help that doesn't work, I would suggest talking to your doctor about ways to help your fatigue end.
